She is a founding partner of the law firm de Ramon Crush P.C. located in Fishkill and is on the board of Leadership Orange and Hudson Valley House of Hope. She also is a Vice President of the Women's Bar Association of the State of New York and past President of Habitat for Humanity.

"The Tribute to Orange County Women of Achievement is Orange County's premier event solely dedicated to recognizing the accomplishments of women and girls in Orange County. It is a who's who of dynamic and inspiring women who lead the charge in making things happen in Orange County and the mid-Hudson region," said Crush.

"I'm exceptionally proud to be a past Tribute honoree and consider myself fortunate to have an outstanding 'sisterhood' that I can count on for support and friendship. I look forward to chairing Tribute 2015 and introducing the next class of women of achievement to our community," added Crush.

Kristin Jensen, 2010 honoree and 2014 event chair, will head up this year's Selection Committee. The committee is comprised of a diverse group of community leaders and past honorees who are not currently affiliated with the Tribute Steering Committee, Girl Scouts Heart of the Hudson, or YWCA Orange County.

“Accomplished women from all walks of life live, work, and volunteer in Orange County. We want to learn more about them and share their stories of success with their friends and neighbors in the community," said Jensen. “Each year, the Selection Committee undertakes the immense task of reviewing the nominations to determine what makes each nominee exceptional in her personal and professional endeavors. I encourage people to nominate the women of achievement in their lives."
