Finkelstein & Partners Support Veterans through Operation Gratitude

Newburgh, NY - The attorneys and staff at Finkelstein & Partners, one of New York State's largest personal injury law firms, joined together with area scouts and students to say 'thank you' to active service military members who are deployed and area veterans with a letter writing campaign for Operation Gratitude. The campaign was organized by members of F&P's Veterans' Services Group which collected more than 300 letters and cards.

"We would like to thank everyone who took the time to write to a veteran or deployed service member," said Nancy Y. Morgan, Director of the Veterans’ Services Group. "The cards and letters will help lift the spirits of our service men and women and will surely  bring a smile to their faces."

Operation Gratitude is a non-profit organization that sends care packages and letters of appreciation to active duty troops deployed overseas, families who are waiting for loved ones to return home, veterans in hospitals and homeless shelters, and wounded warriors.

Finkelstein & Partners' Veterans' Services Group (VSG) is dedicated to ensuring our nation's veterans receive the benefits they have earned and deserve. Comprised of a team of veterans advocates which includes accredited attorneys, many of whom are veterans themselves or family members of veterans, the VSG represents veterans seeking VA benefits for current medical conditions caused by their military service.

The firm handles VA service-connection claims related to combat wounds, PTSD, TBI, toxin (such as Agent Orange) and environmental exposures, and other service-related medical problems. Finkelstein & Partners is able to handle all of a veteran's legal needs, including estate work and Social Security disability claims. Veteran discounts are available for wills and estate planning.
