Free Cyber Security Lecture at SUNY Orange

High technology crimes and data security expert, Lieutenant Commander, Detective Squad, NYPD, (Retired) John Otero, who with his company BlackStormCyber Security & Forensics, designs tech security for colleges, companies, and corporations, will share his knowledge and many years of experience on 21st C hi-tech crime on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at 7pm in Orange Hall Gallery.

His lecture entitled, The Broad Scope of Cyber Crime, will describe cyber crime and network security from the individual to the large establishment including phone, computer, social network, power companies, corporations, and colleges. He will give practical information about things to do and things not to do. Q&A will be an active part of the discussion.

This event is free and open to the public. Orange Hall is located at the corner of Wawayanda and Grandview Avenues, Middletown on the campus of Orange County Community College.
